Hidradenitis Suppurativa
Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) is a chronic, inflammatory skin condition that causes painful lumps, abscesses, and tunnels (sinus tracts) to form beneath the skin, often in areas where friction and sweat occur, such as the underarms or groin.
Atopic Dermatitis
Atopic Dermatitis is a chronic inflammatory skin condition that causes dryness, redness, itching, and irritation. It often begins in childhood but can persist or develop in adulthood, flaring up in response to triggers such as weather changes, stress, or allergens.

Our Dermatology Clinical Research Facility
FACET operates a dedicated, on-site clinical research lab within our state-of-the-art Toronto dermatology clinic. Purpose-built for dermatology clinical trials, this space is equipped with advanced research technology and secure storage systems that meet and exceed current research standards.
Our research program is supported by a specialized team of research coordinators and sub-investigators with focused clinical and research expertise. We routinely conduct clinical trials in areas including:
