Shipping And Pickup

ORDER PROCESSING

Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt, with exceptions during peak holiday periods. Once your order has been processed, you will be notified with an order confirmation email.
Orders must be received by 12pm EST Monday–Friday to be processed on the same day. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day.

If an item you would like to purchase is shown as out of stock, please free to reach out to us at hello@facetdermatology.com  to procure it for you.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Pickup: Free. You will be notified when your order is ready to be picked up, and we will hold your order for 48 hours after sending you the confirmation. We are located at 710 Kingston Road, Toronto ON M4E 1R7. During our business hours of 8:30AM–4:30PM Monday–Friday, you can check in at reception to retrieve your order or give us a call at (416) 698-5521 once you have arrived if you would like your order brought outside.

Standard shipping: within Canada: $15.00 CAD + tax. Estimated delivery within 4-7 business days from processing of the order.*

*Delivery times are subject to change depending on shipping location.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

• We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations. Expedited delivery may only available for select locations.
• We do not currently offer Saturday or Sunday delivery or pick up.
• We are not able to split an order into multiple shipping destinations.

TAXES

All taxes will be applied subject to applicable federal and provincial tax legislation.
