Nonsurgical Butt Lift Toronto
Even with a consistent fitness routine, many people struggle to achieve sculpted or lifted buttocks. Until recently, the only way to achieve an enhanced butt was through an invasive surgery known as a butt augmentation (also referred to as a Brazilian butt lift), but developments in dermal fillers have allowed skilled injectors to add more volume without surgery.
Nonsurgical Butt Lift Toronto
At Facet Dermatology, we offer non surgical butt lifts that create a naturally fuller-looking derrière without implants or surgery. Butt augmentation with dermal fillers is a safe, comfortable, and quick treatment, and is always performed by our highly skilled dermatologist and founder, Dr. Geeta Yadav.
How does an injectable butt lift work?
A non surgical butt lift uses a special form of dermal fillers to add lasting volume, shape, and contour to the buttocks. Unlike hyaluronic acid fillers, which simply add volume, this treatment uses biostimulatory fillers, like Radiesse and Sculptra injections.
A Sculptra butt lift is the best-known version of the treatment. This long lasting substance uses a synthetic polymer known as poly-l-lactic acid as its active ingredient. Sculptra triggers your body's natural inflammatory response, in turn stimulating collagen production to naturally plump your buttocks from within over time while adding immediate volume. In addition to Sculptra butt injections, we offer Radiesse butt augmentation at FACET Dermatology. Radiesse similarly stimulates your natural collagen production to create fuller buttocks. Whether you're looking to plump up hip dips, create a higher butt, or simply want more volume and shape, non surgical butt lifts can be quite effective.
Typically, Dr. Yadav suggests multiple treatments to her patients so they can achieve the best results. Complementary aesthetic treatments like Emsculpt Neo and Ultherapy can help tighten, tone and lift for a more defined and dramatic outcome.
What is an injectable butt lift?
A non surgical butt lift uses not hyaluronic acid filler, but biostimulatory injectable cosmetic filler — typically Radiesse or Sculptra — to create an augmented appearance. Though the results are temporary and often much more subtle than those of a surgical butt lift, the average patient finds that appealing. An injectable butt lift is less pricey, doesn't have a lengthy recovery period, and allows one to see what they look like with a more augmented appearance before making a permanent commitment.
Is a non surgical butt lift safe?
Yes, when performed by a skilled provider, Radiesse and Sculptra butt augmentation is safe. Both of these injectable cosmetic fillers are Health Canada and FDA approved treatments, though butt augmentation is an off label use of these products.
Am I a good candidate for a non surgical butt lift?
The best candidate for someone considering an injectable butt lift has realistic expectations for the treatment. At your initial consultation, Dr. Yadav will help you understand how Radiesse and/or Sculptra injections can increase collagen levels to create a subtle body contouring effect. If you are looking for a procedure that will significantly enhance the shape of your butt, you may be better suited for a more invasive procedure.
Similarly, if you have excess fat or skin, you may not see the effects of this injectable procedure without other treatments, such as liposuction or a Brazilian butt lift. Dr. Yadav will best be able to help you determine if an injectable butt lift will be right for you.
Patients who do not have enough fat for buttock enhancement with fat grafting or otherwise are often a good candidate for a Sculptra butt lift; the natural collagen growth stimulated by the poly-l-lactic acid creates natural definition that could not be accomplished surgically without fat.
A good patient for an injectable lift will also be a healthy candidate with normal blood pressure and at their ideal weight. Prospective patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding should wait until they have finished nursing to consider treatment.
How many treatments will I need to see the best results from a Radiesse or Sculptra butt augmentation?
Patients generally require multiple treatments spaced several months apart. How many treatments needed depends entirely on patients' unique goals and anatomy. Dr. Yadav will work with you to develop a treatment plan to help you achieve your desired final results.
What to expect during a non invasive butt lift
After the treatment area is numbed with lidocaine or another numbing agent, Dr. Yadav will begin to gently add volume. The session will not take more than an hour, but may require multiple vials of filler, depending on your unique needs and goals.
Recovery + Results
After your non surgical butt lift, you may experience some bruising, tenderness, and swelling; most patients find that these side effects resolve within a few days. You can immediately resume your normal activities after your procedure.
After a few months, the results of the treatments start taking shape. The collagen growth triggered by the dermal fillers will create a more rounded and fuller look.
Most patients see the effects of the new collagen growth for up to three years. After that point, you'll need to book follow up treatments to achieve the results of your prior procedure.
