Returns must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging and/or with the original tags attached. Online purchases may be returned by mail for a full refund to the original method of payment (less shipping costs) within 14 days of the delivery date. You may also return products to the Skin Science Dermatology location for store credit only. Please note as well that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Skin Science
Dermatology and that we reserve the right to limit or refuse a return, in its sole discretion. Sales are final on all sale or promotional items.
Updates regarding order status are provided via email or SMS updates. You will be prompted to choose your preferred method of communication when you place an order.
Shipping is a flat rate of $10 for orders $75 CAD or less, and we are pleased to offer free shipping for orders over $75 CAD! We also have curb-side pick up available if you want to pick up your product from our Toronto clinic.
We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes due to Canada Post limitations.
Unfortunately at this time, we are only able to ship to addresses within Canada.
When you sign up for the FACET Rewards program you will receive points for products purchased! You can then use these points towards discounts on products or select services in the clinic. Click here for more information.
All shipments are sent through Canada Post standard shipping so shipping times vary. We are unable to control shipping times.
Our return policy for gifts is the same as all other products. Unopened, undamaged products in their original packaging are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have further questions.

Our team of dermatologists and aestheticians has carefully curated our products. However, not all are medical-grade. Each brand uses different ingredients and formulations, and individual results are entirely dependent on your skin type, primary skin concerns concerns and product usage.
We know that choosing skincare products can be overwhelming! If you need help choosing the right products, feel free to contact us to book a virtual consultation. Our skincare experts can craft a personalized skincare plan with product picks unique to you and your skincare goals.
Product safety is the responsibility of the manufacturer of each product, but some users may have unexpected reactions to ingredients. If you experience a reaction you should consult your primary care physician or reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Each product you receive will have an expiry date printed on it somewhere, as marked by the manufacturer indwell depend on the ingredients included. There is also a recommended “use by” timeline indicated on the packaging (usually found near the ingredients list).

Treatments/services are not transferrable to other individuals or treatment areas. We require 2 (TWO) business days’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellations. If you cancel within 2 (TWO) business days of your appointment or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain your deposit. In the case of pre-paid treatments, 2 (TWO) business days’ notice is also required for appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 2 (TWO) business days or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited. There is no refund on pre-pays. Pre-pays have a 12-month expiry from the date of purchase.
Medical appointments are not transferrable to other individuals.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, contact our clinic immediately. Since appointments are in high demand, your prompt cancellation will give another patient the opportunity
to access timely medical care. You will be discharged back to your family physician if you are not present during your scheduled
appointment AND/OR your appointment is not cancelled 2 (TWO) business day prior to the
scheduled date/time. You will be given the earliest available appointment for the condition stated on your referral. If you do not show for your initial appointment, a $75 charge will have to be paid before another appointment will be booked.
Please have a translator present if you are not comfortable discussing medical concerns in English.
