HERE'S WHAT HAPPENS NEXT: 

  1. We will review your request and contact your family doctor
  2. We will be in touch with you in 2-3 business days to confirm that we've reached out to them to secure the necessary referral
  3. Once we receive a referral from them, we will contact you to schedule an appointment, generally within 1-2 weeks. 

Please note: From time to time we receive requests that fall outside of our scope of practice. If this is the case, we will be in touch to let you know that we're unable to see you.
