If you request to make changes to a purchase, our agreement will be subject to the terms that were in place at the time and date that you originally placed your order. Our records will act as supporting documentation if further clarification is needed.
We retain the right to refuse any request or order. FACET Dermatology retains the ownership of all products until complete payment for the order is received and a notice of dispatch is issued. You will receive an email confirmation once a purchase is made and the order is accepted. You will receive further notification once the item purchased is dispatched – until you receive confirmation of specific items sent in your order, there may be changes to the details of your order.
