  • Pruritus (itch) of unknown origin: Two randomized double blind, placebo controlled, multi-center, parallel group studies to evaluate the efficacy and safety of dupliumab in adult patients with chronic pruritus of unknown origin.

  • Urticaria (Hives): A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multi-center, dose ranging Phase 2 study of rilzabrutinib followed by an open-label extension phase in patients with moderate-to-severe chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) antihistamine treatment.

  • Atopic Dermatitis (Eczema): A study to assess real-world use, safety, and effectiveness of oral upadacitinib in adult and adolescent (>=12 Years Old) participants with atopic dermatitis (AD-VISE),

  • Psoriasis: A Canadian real world evidence study of brodalumab in plaque psoriasis to understand the impact on quality of life and work productivity.

  • Hand Dermatitis (Hand Eczema): A 24- week, randomised, assessor-blinded, active- controlled, parallel-group, phase 3, 2-arm trial to compare the efficacy.
